I want to change my order

You placed an order, but ordered the wrong color? If the order is adjusted by us within 4 hours, this is still possible.

Send an e-mail with the desired adjustment and your order number.

Did you make an order more than 4 hours ago? Then the order will now be in the processing process of PostNL, so that an adjustment of your order is no longer possible. You must then place a new order and return the wrong order to us.

I want to cancel my order

If you want to cancel the order, you can do so up to 4 hours after the order has been placed. Orders are processed every 4 hours. Unfortunately, this process cannot be interrupted and you must return the package to us after you have received it.

I have placed an order, but still have not received anything?

Every order with anti-slip rubber tape receives a track and trace, first check the PostNL website for this. If anything is unclear, please contact us via the contact form or email.

I ordered on Friday, will the order arrive on Saturday?

If you order the anti-slip strip on Friday before 21:00, it will be delivered the following day. If you order the stair strip on Saturday or Sunday, the strip will be delivered on Tuesday. We work together with PostNL and they do not deliver on Mondays unfortunately.

I receive a payment reminder from Billink

You have placed an order with the option 'Pay afterwards' but have returned the product. Do you still receive a payment reminder from Billink? If Billink sends you an incorrect payment reminder, please contact us by e-mail or whatsapp, stating your order number.

Right of withdrawal for returning the product

A good relationship with our customers is very important to us.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@antisliprubbertape.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Can I have my personal data removed with anti-slip rubber tape?

Yes you can. If you register as a customer by creating an account, you can submit a request for this in this account overview.
