For us it is very important to have a good quality relationship with our customers. If you are, in any way, not happy with your new purchased non-slip adhesive stair strip, you could send it back to us. Our return policy states that you have 14 days, after receiving your order, to return it.
If you want to send your order back, please follow these guidelines:
1) Send us an e-mail to notify us about the return. Don't forget to mention your ordernumber or invoicenumber.
2) Send the products, complete, undamaged, unused and in the original package (may have been opened) with a copy of your invoice. Please also ad your bankaccount information, IBANnr and BICnr.
You will find the return adress on the invoice. Or return adress is not a visiting adress.
After we receive back your order, we will check if the products are undamaged and unused. If so, we will pay you back the amount on your bankaccount. We do pay to you the shippingcosts to send the order to you the first time.
Shippingcosts to return your purchase are for your own account.
